在 〈Like it is〉 釋出後，Kygo 新專輯 《Golden Hour》 緊接著發布的第二首歌曲就是與 Sasha Sloan 聯手合作的 〈I’ll Wait〉。而這首歌也是繼 〈This Town〉 之後， 兩人的第二次合作，兩首歌的風格聽起來實在大相逕庭。若說前首歌將 Sasha Sloan 將她個人 Sad girl 的特色發揮極致，這首歌則相對略顯失色，裡頭充滿 Kygo 元素的 Tropical House，Sasha Sloan 的招牌歌聲在此作品中反倒成了配角，有些可惜，但整體來說在編曲、旋律上仍相當好聽。
