這首 Satisfatcion 來自 ZAYN 最新的個人第二張專輯 Icarus Falls，Icarus 是希臘神話中代達羅斯的兒子，與代達羅斯使用蠟造的翼逃離克里特島時，因飛得太高，雙翼遭太陽溶化跌落水中喪生，被埋葬在一個海島上，為了紀念 Icarus，埋葬 Icarus 的海島命名為伊卡利亞島
Satisfaction 是一首悲傷的歌曲，整首歌歌詞取樣 Rolling Stone I Can’t Get No (Satisfaction)，Zayn 在 MV 一開始放上了他在 2016 年的歌曲 Intermission: Flower 的英語及烏爾督語歌詞「Until the flower of this love has blossomed this heart won’t be at peace./直到這愛的花綻放，我的心才會得到平靜」並讓 Bouha Kazmi 擔任導演，Bouha Kazmi 在最近才剛失去了他的摯愛，整部 MV 在講關於失去及破碎，ZAYN 希望透過這首歌，讓大家重新找回自己的心中的平衡和新的生活！
