前幾天 The Weeknd 聯手 Gesaffelstein 推出了他們的新歌 Lost in the Fire，不過其實應該說是 Gesaffelstein 聯手 The Weeknd 比較正確XD 因為這首歌是由 Gesaffelstein 所做，The Weeknd 配唱，他們上次的合作是在 Dear My Melancholy, 這張紀念 Selena Gomez 的專輯中，而這首 Lost in the Fire 延續著 The Weeknd 特有的黑暗氛圍及故事

Lost in the Fire 歌曲故事：
The Weeknd 這首 Lost in the Fire 有著他之前在新專輯 Dear My Melancholy, 中的哀傷與黑暗感，聽起來有點像 Starboy 和 Call Out My Name 的混合版XD 不過其實版主就愛他這種音樂氛圍及感受
這首 Lost in the Fire 在唱的是關於 The Weeknd 和 Bella Hadid 的故事，他們兩人在 2015 年開始交往，2017 年分手，原因除了兩人之間的個性和 Bella Hadid 對於自己的性向並不明確，對於他和 The Weeknd 之間的愛充滿了不同的看法，後來 The Weeknd 和 Selena Gomez 在一起了，不過 10 個月後，炫風般的分手，即使 The Weeknd 對 Selena 百般的好，還為她取消了演唱會，但都沒辦法讓 Selena 的心留在他身上，最終寫出了一張 Dear My Melancholy, 來紀念這段愛情，並將自己的心思透過影像來傳達給大家
Lost in the Fire 有點像是這張專輯的延續，有著一樣的風格，卻不同的意義，整首歌在寫的是他和 Bella 和好後的事，並寫出他接受 Bella 是一位雙性戀者及她對於性生活的態度，也說到 The Weeknd 願意為了她改掉風流的習慣，並且與她共組家庭
