去年剛帶著新專輯 Youngblood 回歸的 5 Seconds Of Summer 在前幾天釋出全新單曲 Easier，這首歌也將是他們第四張專輯中的首波歌曲，整首歌曲除了改變了以往的音樂曲風外，更找來了 Charlie Puth 和 Ryan Tedder 相挺製作及譜曲，在音樂中可以聽到不少 Charlie Puth 的音樂特色，Backgournd vocal 中，Carlie 更是直接加入配唱！

這首 Easier 是 5SOS 在 2018 年回歸後，首支發佈的新歌，在採訪中，5SOS 告訴大家，接著這一年內會用單曲的方式將專輯中一半的歌發完，讓大家除了持續享受去年睽違 3 年的新專輯外，也能聽聽不同層面的他們！
Easier 這首歌也是主唱 Luke 表示在整張新專輯中目前最愛也最能代表他們想要突破的一首歌曲，還特別找來金曲製造機製作人 Charlie Puth 和 OneRepublic 的 Ryan Tedder 一起寫歌，Ryan Tedder 除了 OneRepublic 的樂團事業外，這幾年也幫 Camila Cabello, Jonas Brothers 等人打造專輯和單曲，今年的冠軍單曲 Sucker 便是出自 Ryan 的手
